His responsibilities include investment evaluation; deal-sourcing; deal structuring; drafting convertible debt and equity instruments; drafting corporate bylaws and LLC operating agreements; risk mitigation and asset protection; due diligence; corporate, IP, and regulatory filings; and direct operational management and oversight of PMA’s portfolio companies.

Adam Kravitz has 20+ years of legal experience as an American and English licensed lawyer practicing in international corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and securities law. In addition, Mr. Kravitz has a unique entrepreneurial background, providing business and legal counsel to several notable start-ups.
From 1999 through 2005, he served as a founding Director and General Counsel of Spark Networks, formerly MatchNet plc, which runs some of the world’s leading online dating websites, including JDate.com. At MatchNet, he was responsible for all legal affairs, as well as administrative and strategic responsibility for its international offices. From 2009 through 2012, Mr. Kravitz was CEO and Co-Founder of eVoter, Inc., a voter information website which attracted over 1.2 million voters in 6 states and forged strategic partnerships with Yahoo! and NBC Local Media.
Prior to JDate, Mr. Kravitz was an attorney with the London office of Zellermayer Pelosoff, one of Israel’s best-known law firms where he acted as lead counsel in several IPOs in London and Frankfurt and represented clients in diverse international transactions including the purchase of a majority interest of the Hotel Charleston chain in Bogota and Cartagena, Colombia, and a Rule 144A Bond issue for a shopping center development in Bucharest, Romania. Earlier, Mr. Kravitz was General Counsel of The Appletree Companies, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed food manufacturer and distributor based in Boca Raton.
Mr. Kravitz is active in his community. He is the President of the Alton Road Homeowners and Residents Association He is also on the Board of the Florida Association for Insurance Reform and is on Miami Beach Police Citizens’ Relations Committee. He is a member of the Miami Beach Bar Association, the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and Temple Beth Sholom.

Franc is a prolific startup investor, Speaker, Adviser and serial entrepreneur. He is the founder and former President of Hostopia, a Deloitte & Touche, “Fast 500” and “INC 500” technology and software as a service (SAS) company specializing in high-volume/high-availability web services and solutions. The company was headquartered in Fort Lauderdale with offices in Toronto, Ukraine, and the UK. They successfully went public in 2006 and were later acquired for $122 million.
He is a founding member and former Board Member of the Miami Innovation Fund, former investor and Board Member of New World Angels, former strategic board mentor with Incubate Miami, and a Board Member of the MIT Enterprise Forum for South Florida. Franc is very active in the South Florida Angel and Entrepreneurial ecosystem and acts a Board Member/Adviser/Consultant for many current and past technology companies.
Franc is known for his talk on “Cracking the Startup Code – Transforming Corporate Culture With The Startup Mentality!”, among many other subjects appealing to startups and corporations alike.
